Q: Are your products brand-new?

A: Yes, please rest assured that all products we sell are brand new, original and sealed in retail box. 

 

Q: Are you selling UK version of products?

A: We are selling UK version/ international version of products that both can be used in UK. The product hardware itself has no difference and if there is a 2-pin EU plug, we will also provide a free 3-pin UK adapter. 

 

Q: Are your phones unlocked?

A: Yes, the devices are fully unlocked. The mobiles support most of the usual cellular frequency bands, please double-check your local cellular frequency bands to ensure that the model is compatible with local mobile networks.

Q: It seems that you only take payment from PayPal. Can I pay by credit card?

Q: I have placed my order, but I noticed the address is incorrect.

A: Please email us with your Order ID, the address that needs to be changed and the reason for the change. Please note that we can only notify the courier of the change. For the security reason, we cannot change it directly.

Q: I live close to you. Can I pick up the product directly?

A: Currently, pick-up service is unavailable.

 

Q: When can I receive my products?

A: Our standard delivery is 6-8 working days. If you are in a hurry, we suggest that you should choose our rush order. It is noted that any rush order will be treated as a special case and you will be charged with an additional fee of £20. You can receive your product(s) within 4-6 working days.

 

Q: Where do you dispatch your products?

A: We dispatch all of our parcels from our warehouse in Birmingham.

 

Q: Would I need to pay customs fees?

A: No. All prices shown on our website are the final delivered prices.
